  Great location, cramped room

  Liked: The hotel is in a great location, right next to the metro station, with plenty of nice places nearby to explore and spend time. The beds were also very comfortable.

  Disliked: The room layout was extremely impractical. The room was already tiny, and having the shower and toilet in two separate, very small compartments made the space even more cramped. Whenever the doors were opened or closed, there was barely any room to move around. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the shower area.Although I was staying alone in a double room, I honestly cannot imagine two people staying there comfortably. Even opening two small suitcases would leave virtually no space to walk. The room seemed designed for someone with absolutely no luggage, who only needs a bed to sleep in and a toilet to use.I actually had to push the beds together to create some extra space. Overall, the room design and lack of space significantly affected my experience.

  recommend!

  Liked: it was clean, comfortable and in my opinion enough for a short stay as a solo traveller:) also in good location (right next to the wittenbergplatz station and a supermarket)

  Disliked: the room might be not the best for a longer stay as there's no wardrobe, kettle or any (even very small) fridge, but that's more of a personal opinion rather than a negative aspect of my stay

  Liked: Great location

  Disliked: Staff can be more proactive, something happened in the room next to us. Was sealed off and cables were running into it. Went to bed and woke up in a sauna. The wall we shared with this room was hot to the touch. Tried to raise it at reception next morning when we checked out but staff member was very disinterested. If the hotel was proactive they would have anticipated it and offered a solution. Maybe another room.

  Liked: I liked the fact that it was clean, quiet, and near a supermarket. Transport was easy to catch as it is located near a bus stop and train station.

  Disliked: I didn't like that we were given a room with the backyard view of the hotel. I like the front view facing the streets.

  Not the best place. To be avoided

  Liked: Nothing special to like! I learned to avoid using that hotel. The location is like a ghetto but probably this is what large cities become.

  Disliked: Staff very unfriendly and frustrated. Inflated invoice with beverages for breakfast. Do not understand why the breakfast price do not include the beverages as well. Arrived one night later than reservation and they were unwilling to make a discount for not using the room for one night out of 4. No possibilities for late check in, we asked for one hour and all reception and manager refused. T
