  Liked: I liked the room and the view was spectacular! Very comfortable bed and everything I needed. Breakfast was a very good value for money with a good variety of choices.

  Disliked: The attitude of the receptionist when I informed him that I didn't have any electricity when I woke up. I took a shower in the dark and the phone did not work to call reception either. I wasn't looking for anything in particular, but an apology would have been appreciated instead of " well, I can't check all the rooms! Someone plugged in a toaster or a fridge again" I understand that that might be frustrating, but I was merely passing on an information. I must admit that that damped my otherwise nice stay. The lady at breakfast for example was very polite and efficient

  Liked: Pretty good location, staff very helpful, everything was very clean

  Disliked: No tea and coffee facilities in the room, you could get excellent coffee for free from reception though which was nice

  Liked: Quick check in process. Staff were helpful and the room was super clean with spacious bedroom and bathroom. Recommended if you want to stay near airport.

  Nice and clean hotel outside central Berlin

  Liked: A fine selection of continental breakfast. It may be a german thing, what do I know, but for the first time I did not find bacon in the breakfast selection. Not that it did matter, because the rest of the selection was good. Loved the electric Nutella dispenser. Pleasent staff too. Close to the event I was attending, and a great vietnamese restaurant nearby (Pam Bao - also recommended)

  Disliked: The wifi was problematic. It seemed to disconnect every so often, and I had to reconnect. I tried to stream a tv show on my macbook and ended up not streaming becauce it was disconnected too often. I even tried via phone, doom scrolling reels on Instagram, now that tv streaming was out of the question, and the same thing happened. Disconnected from wifi and had to re-authorize via the login screen confirming the free wifi. Pretty annoying.

  Great value hotel

  Liked: Friendly staff, good sized room, very clean and comfortable, excellent location near the station but still very quiet. Nice touch to have free tea and coffee in reception 24 hours. Didn’t have the breakfast.
