  We were lucky to find this place at the cost we got it!

  Liked: The price was excellent and the hotel was good. Wish breakfast was less expensive or had different options, such as breakfast option 1- $10, option 2> $15 etc. So, if you don't eat a lot, it is not worthed to pay for the breakfast the hotel offers. Besides, there is plenty of cafes next to the hotel, s. I appreciate the room, the location, everything was good. The TV had international channels which is nice to everyone can find something to watch. Netflix or Prime would have been a bonus to have:). Metro was next to the hotel

  Disliked: The neighborhood is a bit plain, boring but the U-bahn was next to it which was good. The price of the breakfast, specially if you don't eat a lot and only want a coffee and a pastry or toasts.

  Would go back!

  Liked: We had a basic room which didn't come with tea/coffee facilities. We asked for a kettle and cups which we were given and bought our own bits to make drinks. Extensive breakfast choice. Great location close to many trams and underground services. Staff very helpful and friendly

  Disliked: Didn't understand why all other rooms had tea/coffee facilities in them and not the basic room but this was accommodated by staff.

  Intrusive room service, uncomfortable pillows and bed covers

  Liked: There is a piece of wood outside the room door that the guest is expected to turn to signal you want tour room cleaned or not. This is unique and esoteric.

  Disliked: We had room service come into our room twice without knocking first due to this obscure signaling device on the door which I have never seen in another hotel.

  Cozy stay in Berlin mitte!

  Liked: Location is really convenient, breakfast variety has been super (even though we found it very crowded in the weekend and hard to find a table immediately) I also usually love to go to the gym when I have the opportunity, but this one is very small and not so inviting since I had to set an earlier alarm:) but at least it’s a plus to have it available.

  Disliked: We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t make our room even if there was no “do not disturb” on the door. Not a big deal but we didn’t like the attitude.
