Extremely disappointing stay due to a freezing room, loud bathroom noises, and inconvenient room location

Liked: Good location near the central station.

Disliked: "Our room was located endlessly far down the hallway, requiring a very long walk every time. Inside, the heating system couldn't keep up and failed to warm the room, leaving it freezing cold all night. On top of that, throughout the night, there were loud, disturbing noises coming from the bathroom drain/pipes, which kept waking us up and ruined our sleep.

Excellent hotel, super location, great breakfast

Liked: Everything about this hotel was great! Super location for us as it's so close to the main train station with a great range of shops. Considering it is so close to the Hauptbahnhof, it was very quiet and restful. Lovely room with plenty of space for us. Breakfast was very good quality and replenished frequently. We especially loved watching the robotic cat take the plates back to the kitchen! The staff were very helpful each time we needed them.

Disliked: We loved it all! If I have to say something, the air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective and appeared to not work, but we didn't really need it.

Was there for GTC2026 conference nvidia and small sightseeing

Liked: Position next to great new berlin bhf. And reichtag and other important buildings and sites, a lot of restaurants nearby

Disliked: No WIFI nor internet signal available, room 411 was located at approx 100m opposite to elevators where the signal was much better. Furthermore only one elevator for this huge hotel… (on the wrong side for me)
