  A good value for money choice at a most central location

  Liked: Very central location at Berlin's most famous shopping street, Ku'damm, everything at one's feet, metro, tram, buses all around, very kind staff, clean rooms and comfy beds. There is also just across the hotel entrance a very nice greek cafe with lots of delicacies, and a Dean&David eaterie with options. Also a nice big and cheap supermarket named FIT around the corner.

  Disliked: There was a strong smell of sewage coming either from the bathroom or the lavabo, at times.

  Liked: The position and friendly staff members

  Disliked: The shower cabin had mold all around the little tub on the floor, with some clor applied, it could go away. The minibar is empty. You receive 2 small bottles of water at your arrival and that’s all.

  Liked: The location is excellent and the breakfast is a good standard. What really stood out for me was the outstanding service from one of the reception staff. She went over-and-above to check we were fine and our baby was comfortable with the cot provided. This is better service than I have had from most reception staff in 5-star hotels in locations like Dubai and Doha

  Disliked: 1. One of the elevators was out of order for 4 days i’ve been there 2. Breakfast is below average 3. Room is very old fashioned, carpets on the floor that are dirty 4. The safe was closed and took hours for somebody to come to the room and open it 4. They forgot to clean my room in one of the days!!!
