  Disliked: Sadly there was no one at the reception during my stay. I had to go to the another building to get my keys. But other than that they were super helpful.

  Great location, good sleep

  Liked: Good location, quiet but easy to walk everywhere. Staff was helpful and cleaning was provided daily. Pre-communication was great and really well done. Would come back if visiting Berlin again.

  Disliked: Could use more filling pillows or more pillows in the room. We had a short stay, so didn't ask for more while being sure the staff would have supported us.

  Liked: Everything was great, I've got an upgrade to my initial room, and the apartment was very comfortable and cozy! The whole hotel has this "classic old school" vibe in it. Loved it! Breakfasts were also very nice.
