Very nice location and comfortable room

Liked: Staff was accommodating to special requests. Just need to write them. There was also a laundry room to wash clothes in the basement.

Disliked: Was too warm and I couldn’t figure out how to cool down the room

Liked: Location was very good. Kitchen was equipped for a short stay. And the essentials room and free laundry was great.

Disliked: The floor was concrete. Hard and cold.

Lovely place with friendly staff and great location. For the price, there were a few touches that were missing

Liked: Great location! Very easy to walk to all the sites. Lovely coffee shop and restaurant at the bottom. Nice view from my balcony. There was a free washer and dryer and passes to the club across the street if you want to work out.

Disliked: The carpets in the hallway are worn and a bit dirty. There was an ashtray full of cigarettes on my balcony. The light switches were very hard if not impossible to find.

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very handy having a kitchenette in a hotel room. There was also a free laundry downstairs, which was a godsend at our point in travel. It was well located, close to shops, restaurants and transport.

Disliked: The auto-check in is very impersonal, however, staff were on hand if any problems or questions.
