Me and my friends had a nice stay in the apartment, and had everything we needed, I just think the adverts are a little

Liked: It was a great location and good communication with the host. A nice apartment that was pleasant and comfortable

Disliked: It would’ve been more comfortable if there had been two separate bedrooms rather than a bed in the living room. The shower spills over to the floor as there isn’t enough coverage for the water

Liked: Great location, spacy room and very clean and comfortable. Close to two train stations which made very easy to get from place to place.

  Great place, would recommend

Liked: Close to public transit, comfortable beds, clean, great balcony.

Disliked: No air con, not common in Berlin at all. We went in the middle of Aug and had the doors open with a fan, that helped but still very hot.

  Bad experience

Liked: We didn't like anything except the possibility of free parking

Disliked: Cleanliness is at a very low level. The apartment is on the ground floor, which is not shown anywhere. The windows are low and anyone who passes by the building looks directly at the table and bed, so there is not a bit of privacy. Moreover, the location of the apartment is in a very unsafe area, so we did not feel safe. It is full of drunken and suspicious faces. The first picture on the booking showing the bridge and the river is a deception because the apartment is not located near the shown attractive location. After entering the apartment, we found spoiled food in the fridge that did not work, a full trash can, a sink full of unwashed dishes, and dirty bed linen. At our invitation, the owner called a woman who cleaned the apartment at 18:00 in the afternoon when we entered the apartment, which is why we lost a lot of time that day.
