  Great stay, friendly staff and excellent breakfast

  Liked: Quality hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious, with a large comfortable bed, air conditioning and a TV. My window faced a side street, so it was nice and quiet. There was no balcony, but that wasn't a problem for me. The bathroom was on the smaller side but perfectly adequate, and the shower was good. The room was well equipped overall. Breakfast was rich, tasty and fresh, with a huge selection. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

  Disliked: There was no fridge in the room, which is a small minus. For a 4-star hotel, I would also have expected a smart TV, but it was just a regular one.

  Great Location and Comfy Rooms

  Liked: The location is great, very central and really close to an underground and a bus station. The staff was friendly, the camera had all the needed facilities and it was cleaned every day. The check in was easy and the check out was very fast.

  My favourite Berlin hotel by a mile

  Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Location is superb. Some simple guidance about the trams that stop outside the hotel would be helpful. I liked the meals in the bar.

  Disliked: The weather.
