  Incredible stay, will be going back - right in the heart of Berlin, amazing service

  Liked: Great service, atmosphere, perfect location, sauna access, rooms, regular cleaning

  Liked: The space is beautiful and has a very Berlin feel. Bed is super comfy and staff were all friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Everything is great but this is a very popular night life area and there are clubs playing loud music till sometimes 5 am. So maybe not the best choice for those that need a good nights rest. It’s an absolute win if you’re young and want to bang in the middle of everything happening. But for us 40+ we may need something a bit quieter.

  Staying in summer not recommended. Perfect in the winter - no notes

  Liked: Amazing breakfast, cool decor, comfortable rooms (in cooler part of the year)

  Disliked: Uncomfortably hot in the bedrooms. No air con. Great for winter when we first stayed. Very bad in hot summer months. Didn’t get any sleep.

  Horrible rooms

  Liked: Lovely staff

  Disliked: One of the worst designed rooms I've ever stayed in. The bed is on a platform even though there would be plenty of room for it on the floor. This meant you lie in bed staring at a ceiling 3ft from your face and can't see out the window. There's no headboard so the pillows fall off the back of the bed. There's no relaxing place to sit, just a bench with no back on. There's a small TV half way up the wall but nowhere to sit to watch it. You can only open the windows by climbing on the desk. The ladder up to the mezzanine are so narrow you bash your shoulders. All round a miserable experience. Couldn't wait to get out of there.
