  Convenient, spacious, clean accommodation

  Liked: Spacious, clean room with everything we needed. Easy access. Location was good. 10 min walk to Pankow train station. Comfortable bed. Options for eating nearby.

  Unreliable, unsafe, arrogant. Do not book

  Liked: They are not recommended. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They require prepayment by credit card and have no security measures, putting your data at risk. They scam you and then claim they are not responsible. They only respond in English and German and are listed on global websites... They don't even bother to send messages in the languages ​​of the countries where they advertise; they don't translate. They scammed me on a reservation I made in May when I prepaid my card. I canceled the reservation because they were trying to charge me again, and because of that problem and the stress of their response, I had a relapse of a neurological condition. This prevented me from traveling. To avoid a second charge, I booked a non-refundable room, which, coincidentally, was better and €20 cheaper. However, the fraudulent booking offered an upgrade for €120. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. THEY HAVE NO PERSONALIZED ATTENTION, AND IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS, THEY ONLY OFFER SUPPORT THROUGH WHATSAPP AND IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH. Dear Neoapartaments managers, I don't speak English or German. I live in Ibiza, where many of your compatriots "invade our islands" and don't learn Spanish. I USE A TRANSLATOR SO THAT THIS MESSAGE REACHES ALL YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. BEST REGARDS. I'm sorry my granddaughter is German; you are not an advanced country.

  Perfect for a long weekend in Berlin

  Liked: Comfortable and well equipped appartment. Very convenient mini-laden shop on the ground floor. Access with key worked smoothly and suited our late arrival time well. Very clean and modern. I found free on street parking every night within 200m of the appartment.

  Disliked: 1.40m bed with access only from 1 side meant 1 of us slept on the sofa bed to avoid disturbing each others sleep. Train/tram line service just outside runs past every few minutes 24/7 making leaving the windows open at night a little difficult. I didn’t find a regular free TV channel without internet log-in details, but not an issue for us.
