  Not the normal NH experience

  Liked: Location of hotel

  Disliked: We were in the East wing - it is accessed via a car park - it doesn’t feel like you’re in the hotel at all, it’s like staying in a soulless serviced apartment although it wasn’t even serviced - our room was made up once only, they missed a day.

  Calm, cared for and the freedom to enjoy as we wanted to

  Liked: I live that the city tax was included so there were no sueprises. You can opt to not have your room cleaned which is fantastic as my daughter is auristoc and worries about when room service will knock. I love that there was both a kettle and a coffee machine. The facitilies were excellent, everything we could want and more.

  The hotel is intended to serve business clients for 1-2 nights

  Liked: Excellent location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

  Disliked: I would say that this hotel is hardly satisfying ****, maximum ***. It is oriented mostly for the business clients. Specifically: empty minibar, minimal bath accessories, poor supply of teas and coffees. Also I have experienced returning problems with hotel plastic cards. Weak wifi. Unfortunate noise from the street construction works.

  Liked: The room was clean, the hotel located near the train station of the s-line.

  Disliked: I checked in online and paid for the hotel. I set my arrival time to 19-20. I arrived on time but the receptionist told me that my booking was cancelled because I arrived after 15-00! Even though I paid and status was active in the app with no information about cancellation. I showed my booking in the app and waited for them to figure it out. After they apologized and informed me that the system didn't "update" and gave me the terminal to pay the second time..! I told them that I already paid then they apologized again. I was shocked and nervous that I don't have anywhere to stay. This level of service is unacceptable for a four-star hotel.
