Very good
overall impression is very positive, despite the minor shortcomings
Liked: We stayed here as a family for 4 nights and had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again during the next trip to Berlin. **Room and cleanliness The room was clean, everything worked properly, and housekeeping was provided daily. The bathroom and toilet are separate, with a bathtub (we had not used it) and a really comfortable shower. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and cups, but surprisingly no plates or cutlery at all, not even a teaspoon. A basic set would be a welcome addition. **Noise and location The hotel is quiet at night, but deliveries to the shop next door start around 5 a.m. and can be noisy if you sleep with the window open. **Parking There is an underground car park (€19 per started 24-hour period). Although almost full, we always found a space. Be aware that each exit and return will cost another €19. **Wi-Fi and elevators Wi-Fi is fast, but the connection is unreliable. At least two of our five devices had problems connecting every day, although the affected devices changed. Two elevators are not enough during busy mornings and check-in times, so waiting can be quite long. **Breakfast and staff The breakfast area is spacious, with a good selection of food, although queues form during busy hours. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful, with excellent English. **Overall impression Despite a few minor issues, I really enjoyed the stay. None of them seriously affected our experience. I definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
Disliked: The kitchenette has a microwave but no any plates or cutlery at all (not even a teaspoon). Basic set of dishes and cutlery would be a welcome addition. Deliveries to the neighbouring shop start at around 5 a.m. every morning. If you sleep with the window open, the noise from delivery staff and equipment can be quite disturbing.
A great hotel — definitely deserves more stars!
Liked: We do appreciate the personnel - always friendly, smiling, and ready to help! They even waited for us till 3pm, as our flight was late, and helped to solve all our questions. The room was big and comfortable, clean, cosy beds and bathroom, the breakfast was good and tasty! It also has a great location - very close to Potsdamer Plats, and 2 min to transport.
Great location, excellent soundproofing, and a very comfortable stay!
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Checkpoint Charlie. The room was very clean, with no unpleasant smells or noise. One thing that really stood out was the soundproofing. This is one of the few hotels where we couldn't hear our neighbours at all, even though the hotel was fully booked. There's also a spacious underground parking garage (paid). Another big plus for us was that the hotel is pet-friendly. We were travelling with our cat, and it was no problem at all - we simply paid an extra €10 per day for our pet. The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!
Disliked: If you're travelling by car, as we were, keep in mind that parking spaces in the underground garage are limited. I'd recommend arriving as early as possible to secure a spot. We arrived at around 6:30 PM, and by that time there were only two spaces left.

Disliked: Room was not ready for 4 people, we had to change the room. Queue and waiting time for the breakfast to be seated in the morning

Disliked: There was a kettle and a microwave but no spoons, knives and forks or plates
Nice but smelly
Liked: Very convenient location close to the cities attractions. Very friendly staff and a very good breakfast buffet. Spacious room.
Disliked: The toilet had been soiled by a previous guest and was very smelly. The staff tried to clean that away. This didn't work, no other room was offered and no reduction of room charge available. Not so nice.
