  Perfect, if not going in summer

  Liked: The space was great. Facilities were great. location was super

  Disliked: No air con. No way to vent room. Floor to ceiling windows. Only could open slightly at the top. In summer the weather was warm but the room was unbearably warm. There were two large fans however they were noisy and just moved warm air. The shower also backed up really quickly causing water to spill into the bathroom

  Great location / apartment but no black out blinds

  Liked: Great location, spacious room, new and modern facilities. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Fam in the property. A very tastefully decorated apartment.

  Disliked: There are no proper black out blinds in the property, only curtains which failed to provide proper black out environment for sleeping. Upstairs bedroom has ok curtains but it’s noisy in the night. Because it’s close to the street, there’s no possibility to open a window at night. My husband 186 cm tall opted to sleep downstairs, so not to hit his head at night when going to the bathroom, but It was too bright in the living room to sleep long.

  Liked: Its rather modern

  Disliked: They purposely do not specify the only thing between you and the main street is a glass window and groups of folks sit opposite the window at all times of day. The bed was also stained and there was insects all over the place.

  Liked: The flat was big enough for the 3 of us. It had everything we needed. It's in a good location just a few minutes walking distance from a Check point Charlie.

  Disliked: It was a bit loud during the night, because the flat is on the ground floor, and it is a public transport station just in front of the window.

  Liked: Very cleaned and very well equipped. Spacious and well maintained

  Disliked: I didn't like the noise from the street, you should definitely change the windows to triple glass for better noise isolation. You can ear people on the street speaking.

  Nice and clean apartment, good location!

  Liked: Very good location, practical layout of apartment, comfortable sleeping.

  Disliked: The lowered ceiling is dangerous. At one point we had two accidents where I was personally knocked to the ground because the lower ceiling is not visible. Its very dangerous. Also it would be nice if the apartment would have small broom available.
