  Liked: The room had a very Convenient layout. The view was exceptional as my room was on 31st floor with a direct view on the TV tower. the neighborhood is very lively and it is steps from the metro and tram lines connecting me to the rest of Berlin.

  Disliked: I would ask Radisson to consider adding a dental kit (small tooth brush+ small pack of toothpaste)) and a shaving kit (small cream pack and a simple plastic razor) While one can get them from nearby markets, I always find it convenient to be available by the sink in my hotel room. As ana example I stayed this year in another hotel managed by a German hospitality company (Steigenberger Cecil Alexandria Egypt) and it had both. Also another hotel in Beirut Lebanon.

  Disappointing Service Despite an Excellent Location

  Liked: The hotel’s location is undoubtedly its strongest advantage. Situated right in the heart of Berlin, it offers excellent access to shopping, cultural attractions, restaurants and sightseeing spots. Almost everything is within easy reach, either on foot or by metro. However, the overall experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the relatively high room rate. First of all, the bathroom design was quite uncomfortable. The bathroom had no proper door, only glass, which significantly compromised privacy and comfort. Despite staying in a Panorama Room, which comes at a considerably higher price, basic amenities such as slippers, bathrobes and toothbrushes were not provided automatically and had to be requested separately. I find this disappointing for a hotel charging premium rates. Housekeeping was another major disappointment. The cleaning request system is unnecessarily complicated and poorly communicated. If you want your room cleaned the following day, you apparently need to press the housekeeping button as soon as you enter the room. If you wait until the next morning, even before 11 a.m., your request may be registered for the following day instead, meaning your room will not be cleaned. This system makes very little sense from a guest’s perspective.

  The staff at the reception was behaviour was bad

  Disliked: The staff behaviour. E booked 3 rooms. We were 15 minutes earlier before checkin. They were mad at us. Gave us the worst possible room. We requested but the lady was not well behaved. Also in the room, part from 2 towels and 1 tissue paper in the toilet, nothing was there. I was also changing, the cleaning staff entered without permission
