  Great spot in Berlin, close to Ku’Damm

  Liked: - Cleanliness - Location - Room Size - Space to do work by the lobby - Fairly new and modern - Flexibility, I requested some private space for a work interview and they accommodated it

  Disliked: - At times, reception staff (not everybody) give the impression of being too busy to take care of you. It’s starting to get annoying in general, because it doesn’t happen only here. As a polite customer, and I know I am, nobody gives any staff member anywhere the authorization to be rude, not to cheer us or just roll eyes like if we were old idiots. - Elevator, when you stay at high floors it’s a nightmare, it takes ages.

  Excellent clean hotel, large bedroom, friendly staff and great breakfast

  Liked: The room was very well equiped with Nespresso coffee machine, an iron, safety box, mini fridge. Windows have blackout curtains and also shutters. Though it would be nice to have more light in the room and especially in the bathroom.

  Disliked: The food for a breakfast was really bad in all categories, though staff people were taking care of everything around and were helpful.

Good to know

Drivers must buy an Umweltplakette (fuel-emission sticker) in order to enter central Berlin.

The hotel will check the validity of the credit card at the time of booking, which may include a pre-authorization charge. The credit card holder must be present upon arrival with the credit card used for the booking. If a third party credit card is used, a third party payment authorization form must be signed by the card holder.

The signed form must be completed and returned to the hotel no later than 8 days prior to arrival.
