Guest reviews
Very good
Perfect
Liked: Everything, it was close to everything and comfortable
Disliked: Everything was perfect
Good location but found the rooms quite cold and noisy
Liked: Great central location to Alexandre Platz and major train station
Disliked: 1 side of the hotel was on a major road which was very noisy over night. Also a big glass window meant the room was quite cold
Liked: Helpful staff, clean room with all facilities
Disliked: My friend's room had bedbugs.
Beware! Bedbugs in our room
Liked: The staff were great. Happy hour every evening from 5pm to 7pm. Although strangely not advertised.
Disliked: The incident with BEDBUGS. My wife was bitten all over and we had to ask to be moved. My wife unfortunately suffered considerable distress, discomfort, restlessness & unease. Staff were good, apologised and moved us immediately. Premier Inn upper management not so good. They have agreed to refund our money but won't pay for any losses, extra expenses for medicines and laundry or compensate for the distress and inconveniences. Not even a bouquet of flowers or a box of chocolates by wat if an apology. Overall a horrid experience that ruined our weekend trip to Berlin.
Amazing experience in Berlin
Liked: Very clean, staff was helpful and friendly.
Very good so probably come back shain
Liked: Location
Disliked: No room service no towel change no tea coffee or milk after the first day.
