Liked: Overall, a pleasant stay at the Pullman for a recent business trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Whilst the exterior and lobby / bar area look great, it's true that the rooms need upgrading and renovating. There were markings on the furniture and walls and overall the rooms need a little TLC and better attention to detail. I'm not sure I'd rate the rooms as they currently are as value for money.

A really enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family

Liked: Hotel was lovely and very clean. Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Disliked: Only one toaster at breakfast which was not ideal. The bedroom was nice and clean, as was the bathroom. The only problem was that there was mould in the shower, which could easily be fixed.

Good location but could do with some TLC

Liked: Location was perfect for a conference I was attending. Room was comfortable.

Disliked: The room was quite tired looking, there was some rust around the radiator in the bathroom and some damage to the ceiling in the bathroom area. It could benefit for some fresh paint and a little facelift. I noticed one of the days my used coffee and tea cups had not been cleaned or replaced when I returned to the bedroom.

Standards really are slipping - hotel is becoming less attractive

Liked: I have stayed here many times and usually give it 10/10. Staff ( especially Pia on reception) are really nice

Disliked: This year, housekeeping was absolutely awful. They literally just lay the quilt on my bed. Didn’t empty bins, didn’t restock water, clearly didn’t vacuum the room. Absolutely not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Really bad.
