Reasonable Rate for a Plain Room

Liked: The price was reasonable and the bed was comfortable for a budget hotel. The room was quite plain, but had a place to hang up clothes. There was no air conditioner, but the windows, as usual in Europe, open up wide.

Disliked: There is construction next door which did not bother me because they didn't show up for work till later, but the hotel kind of in a back courtyard where the construction is taking place.
