  IT'S A SCAM - THIS IS NO HOTEL!!!

  Liked: perfect location...nice interior design

  Disliked: it's a SCAM - this is no hotel or anything... there's no "hotel reception".. you are being scammed to wait for hours at the listed address which is a regular residential building only to be redirected to another nearby address. its a regular 3 bedroom Berlin apartment listed as hotel. there's no service at all. after the socalled "check-in', I stepped into a double bedroom with no bed covers and one pillow. there was a big bottle filled with urine from a previous renter in the closet - disgusting. electricity was out for an entire day in kitchen & bathroom & another renters room - "they" didn't care or send any service support. minimal Hygiene. "customer service " was hardly reachable & had an negative attitude when asked normal question like what is the WiFi password. took 2 days for them to send it after lying about a WiFi routers location, etc..

  Disliked: Pure shite and unprofessional service. They texted me the day before arrival telling me that the previous guests left the room in a really bad condition. They offered me a refund, which I accepted. I am still waiting to get the refund and they never answer phone calls, WhatsApps, messages through Booking.com chat... the most unprofessional accommodation. DON'T GO.

  It is a SCAM and a LIE, DO NOT loose your money here as we did

  Liked: EXTREMLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I highly DO NOT recommend this accommodation, because we were SCAMED. My boyfriend and I traveled a lot, in different types of places, but have never encountered this kind of outrageous scam and passive-aggressive customer service. In summary, it was because of: FALSE location, NON MATCHING ROOM, broken bed frame, bed bugs sign, and extremely dirty carpeted floors. The accommodation does not want to reimburse us and tried to blackmail me that if I share this review, they will take legal action. I do have pictures, and I will just share here the objective story, but I think after reading what happened to us, no person with common sense will choose to stay here of their own will. The day before my arrival, I received a reminder message from the accommodation with the address. I was traveling alone, and my boyfriend was supposed to join me after the check-in. When I arrived at the place, I did the check-in and entered the room, and saw that the place was quite obscure. The room was different from the place we booked, the main important difference was two separate beds, whereas we booked one big bed. The place was supposed to have a wooden floor, but instead it had a disgustingly dirty carpet. The temperature in the room was coldish with a smell of mustiness. I decided to check the beds in case of bed bugs (which is something I usually do). On the wooden bed frames, I discovered clear black signs of bed bugs (for those who don’t know what these signs look like, you can have a look here: https://bedbugmutts.com/the-better-bed-bug-blog/2011/4/9/signs-of-bed-bugs.html), and this is when I saw that the bed frame was broken. I signaled this to a woman who was working there, she said I’m inventing it, but that she will try to give me another room. She never came back.

  Liked: Clean, good location, large room.

  Disliked: I did not like: 1) communicating with the host was really bad (he barely replied to my massages in the chat); 2) you can hear the noise from adjacent rooms.

  Wonderful location, beautiful apartment, not enough cleaning in shared places

  Liked: The apartment is very pretty and the room feels really private.

  Disliked: I stayed for almost a month, the private room was clean, however, the shared places would've needed a more frequent and deeper cleaning - especially the shared bathroom carpets, which were not changed during the time I was there.
