Spotless, brand-new and a fantastic team

Liked: Stayed 3 nights and this is one of the cleanest, most impeccable hostels I’ve been to. The design is spectacular: with only a few rooms, it never feels crowded, and the bathrooms are more than enough. Everything is new and was always 100% clean. The rooms are super comfortable and individual, and I slept really well. The location is great, with the metro just one block away. The staff is wonderful, friendly and quick to solve anything. They let me store my luggage until my departure, and at check-in they sorted out a small mix-up from the booking system right away. Absolutely recommended.

Disliked: Nothing bad to say. Would recommend 100%

Liked: The location was exceptional, the check-in process very smooth and very friendly the person that welcome us.

Disliked: There are some things that need more care especially the courtine of the bathroom that had mold and part of the pillowed were yellow in stand of white😊

Basic but good room, in central Berlin

Liked: Great location, close to the city centre. Public transport nearby, close to the Berlin Wall and Mauerpark. Room was on the smaller side but large enough for a solo traveller.

Disliked: The interior is a bit spartan, but has the necessary basics. The bed was comfortable but the cushion cover had a little yellowing and some of the towels were worn out. The shower did not drain very well, making the whole floor wet.

Liked: the person I communicated with was nice. I liked that there was a small kitchen to make tea etc.

Disliked: they changed my room suddenly last minute to one with a stacked bed and no balcony. I could not even sit up normally in my bed because of this. the chair that is in the room is really uncomfortable and I felt it could collapse any minute from how fragile it was. the room was okay with how clean it was though it could definitely be way better. the showers however were not very clean, the grout etc was very dirty and there were a bunch of stains. they offered i could switch to my originally booked room on Tuesday, however I would nearly be leaving at that point so it would've been of no use. im really dissapointed about the room change. if this would not have happened my stay would have been much nicer. I understand sometimes things happen but I booked well in advance. I do not understand why I would have been switched then.

  Wonderful

Liked: Very clean, quiet and interesting area of the city, easy access to the airport and main atractions. There was a good flea market on Sunday near by. Kitchen, bathroom, the shared area was modern and stylish, many free teas. Lovely place. Have met an owner, very nice man.

Disliked: There was no aircondition, so I wanted open the window to sleep but I wasn't sure if that's safe as the window/door to the balcony is shared one, so someone could come into you room potencially.
