Good value for money, especially for longer stay. Keep coins for washer and dryer

Liked: Good location, just few minuets walk from Berlin Zoo station. The room is well equipped. It’s good value for money.

Disliked: You have to prepare coins for washer and dryer, even though this hotel doesn’t accept cash at the front desk. The washer and dryer operating machine should be changed to the cashless one.

The hotel has everything you could need for staying in Berlin at any length of time. The staff are always there during t

  Liked: Nice and spacious

Disliked: The location is good for travel however it isn’t the most safest of areas. It’s not the hotels fault, there was a security door to get into the hotel so we were safe there. However it should be mentioned if people who haven’t been to Berlin before to be cautious around the station area near the hotel as we witnessed and experienced some crime and harassment!

Understand the limitations and then it’s fine

Liked: Guan was a great host, very helpful. But ask all your questions while he’s there because it’s impossible to get help from the chatbot when Guan isn’t there.

Disliked: Cannot get any appropriate assistance from chatbot. Very frustrating. The microwave did not heat food. It would be helpful to provide simple instructions on the quirks of the induction stovetop, without reading 20 pages of user manuals. Guests frequently trigger smoke alarms inadvertantly.

Liked: The air conditioning worked well.

Disliked: Upon entering there was a foul smell of sewage. Awful. It eventually got better in the bedroom but the bathroom has some design issues. No ventilation of sewer. The sheets were raspy and musty smell on bedding. Cobwebs in a corner. Mattress was a cheap foam. First impressions definitely not good.
