  A not so clean room in an unsafe neighborhood with hotel personnel missing completely

  Liked: I am not sure I liked anything here, but could be worse I guess, it is decent. But not at the level of a hotel room in Western Europe. But anyway I find the overall booking score (8.3) too high for it.

  Disliked: The bed sheet is actually a mattress cover and mine had stains, there was hair in the bathroom already which was not mine, and the dust was everywhere. I had to ask the cleaning ladies to clean better but they didn't. They claim it is a soundproof room but I could hear very well the people from the rooms around mine. The bed was not that comfortable, mattress was not that bad, but I had to use both pillows and they still couldn't count as one. The neighborhood is the most unsafe one I have experienced in Germany where I come often since 13 years; also very dirty with a lot of mouses around. And I had to stay for 4 nights here, 3 more booked separately via my company...nothing changed during this time (like...cleaning)

  Liked: I liked the location for the purposes of the trip, it met my expectations. I also loved the responsiveness of the staff when I needed something fixed in the room.

  Disliked: I suppose one is not used to hotels that are not manned by physical people. So, I missed the human interface, particularly when checkig in. I was very confused.

  Liked: Location, facilities, checking smoothness

  Disliked: During weekend I couldn't find any clean bath towel in the store room. I wish i could find some basic cooking like salt and pepper.

  Liked: rooms are clean and well equipped, small kitchen contains all what you expect, beds are quite comfortable, also noise isolation is on good level, close S-bahn traffic is not disturbing/annoying at all, close tram/S-bahn line is quite convenient

  Disliked: surrounding area is partially inhabitated by some sort of foreigners/refugees, you may not feel totally safe during dark/alone due to their behavior

  Convenient for our purpose but the remote booking in etc feels disconnected
