  Liked: Very clean rooms and comfy beds. Very close to the main public transport. 24hr reception service.

  Disliked: Slow elevator, no good WiFi and a bit expensive breakfast.

  Liked: The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very warm and welcoming. They react well to any queries or issues. The room was clean, comfortable and a decent size. The area and hotel were quiet at night and nothing disturbed our sleep!

  Disliked: The bathroom was tiny and cramped and the shower small.

  Great location, loud cleaning in mornings. Overall good if you need to stay close to Alexanderplatz

  Disliked: I was loud at the evening on the halls, not bc of the location but bc of other guests, kids were screaming and also running on the halls. In the morning I was constantly woken up by cleaning person when they cleaned rooms on my floor and also above me (very noisy and clumsy people). Also I found my room bit messy when I arrived.

  Liked: Just the location was perfect

  Disliked: It wasnt clean, The towels smelled bad. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, and a bad smell was coming into the room.
