Exceptional
Cozy stay
Liked: I had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly. The café on the ground floor was lovely, with a comfortable atmosphere where you can also sit and work on your laptop. The room was small but cozy, well-equipped and clean. The bathroom was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also good, within walking distance of Ostbahnhof and Karl-Marx-Allee. There was also a laundry facility available, although I didn't personally use it. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely love to come back again.
Will be better when neighbouring construction is complete
Liked: Clean and tidy room and common areas and very helpful staff
Disliked: Building works in front and behind the hotel and the adjacent railway line led to a noisy stay.
Liked: Nice location, friendly staff, nice balcony
Disliked: Bed was small
Good value and nice place and people
Liked: The room is clean and spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need. There are window blinds, which is really important.
Disliked: There was a constant whistling noise throughout the night — an unpleasant, high-pitched sound that seemed to be coming from the ventilation system. During the day, when the city comes to life, it gets drowned out by all the other noise.
Very nice staff
Liked: Clean and Comfy
