  When we're back in Berlin we'll definetely stay here again. Absolute perfect location

  Liked: Location can't be better. Right in the heart of town, very close to shopping facilities, nice restaurants, public transport. Very clean and safe hotel. You can reach lots of things just on foot without any transport.

  Disliked: Room didn't have any cabinet for clothes. That was a bit surprise. We had to live out of suitcase but we survived anyway.

  Great location, but no privacy

  Liked: The location next to Zoo station is very convenient. The rooftop terrace is nice. Rooms are clean.

  Disliked: During my 4-night stay, housekeeping walked into my room without knocking three times while I was inside. This made me feel uncomfortable and I had no privacy. The terrace is almost always full, so it is hard to find a spot. Some staff members at the terrace are really nice while some are a bit aggresive and they only speak German even if you are a tourist with no German skills.

  Great stay, exceeded our expectations!

  Liked: Great location, good view over Berlin from the 14th floor, nice hotel bar. Very accomodating staff - early check-in was possible and luggage storage was very easy too. Overall great stay and would recommend!

  Disliked: Just the many pictures of Jürgen Vogel in our room were a bit weird haha:)
