Exceptional
I stayed Ritz-Carlton all around the world, this is my first disappointment to it’s reputation
Liked: The bed is comfortable.
Disliked: The housekeeper didn’t remove the toilet trash on the first housekeeping. Didn’t replace shower cap, tea bag and milk during my stay. The hotel charged me a minibar consumption amount which I didn’t take. The hotel level is doing renovation and the working was continuing all through my last night’s stay.
One of the best in Berlin!
Liked: The hotel’s doormen were exceptional! 👍 The staff at The Curtain Club, especially Helena, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and positive throughout my stay. Thank you! 🙏
Disliked: The check-in process involved an unexpectedly long wait, which was disappointing for a hotel of Ritz-Carlton’s standards. Additionally, one of the blonde waitresses at The Curtain Club seemed more focused on guests’ numbers and spending than on providing attentive service. It felt as though outside visitors were given priority over hotel guests.I believe additional training in guest relations would be beneficial for her!
Exttremely comfortable and spacious room; my stay was short but memorable
Liked: Top tier hotel, providing expected quality. Great breakfast package; very well constructed and finished and great location as well.
Disliked: A few finishing issues around some of the drawers - I'd expect 'flawlessness' from such a facility. The staff that received initially was a bit 'off' but it worked out eventually. The porters were extremely professional and helpfu.
Comfort guaranteed - big room, big luxury beds
Liked: The whole ambiance is great
Disliked: Breakfast was extra at EUR 55 per person per day. We did not take up the offer.
Old world etiquette
Liked: Location, cleanliness, staff…
Disliked: Nothing, good well maintained property and excellent staff
Beautiful hotel with a very convenient location
Liked: Loved the bathrooms and the very comfortable bed.
Disliked: There was no shattaf or bidet. So everytime I went to the bathroom, I had to take a "half shower".
