Liked: The location was good. Close to the subway. Close to most things. The breakfast is good. The staff are pleasant.

Disliked: The bathroom. A sliding door to the toilet. A transparent glass door to the shower, with no way to close it off otherwise. A proper door to the bathroom would improve the overall rating. No conditioner in the shower.
