Excellent staff, good location and value

Liked: Joachim was exceptional - really kind, attentive and helpful. Hotels are often rated on facilities and price, but the human touch can lighten a stay.

Lovely staff, great location, spacious and a great stay for a longer period

Liked: Spacious, kitchenette and very comfortable bed. Great shower too. Staff were so lovely.

Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned or replenished over the stay which was a surprise. I’m not sure if I didn’t read this but it wasn’t ideal if I was staying any longer. My key card didn’t work on Saturday night and although there is no reception late at night, they did sort it out easily.
