  Ok for the price, close to city centre and attractions

  Liked: Good sized room, clean whit a good shower, close to city centre, friendly staff.

  Disliked: tv wasn't connected to the wifi network and streaming services didn't work, not the best bedding clean but a small duvet and pillows had no support.

  Liked: Very good location, close to the public transport. In the room you will find everything you need. Good value for money.

  Disliked: Some parts visible old and not renovated. Elevator was broken when we stayed, so could be not confortable to use stairs with the suitcase.

  Liked: This hotel is at a suberb location that is close to a lively neighbourhood packed with shops, bars and restaurants. Also very close to a train and subway station that can easily take you to other parts of the city. The room was spacious and had a nice shower, which for this price I did not expect.

  Disliked: Staff was okay, not very friendly but also not too rude. I left some of my belongings after my stay and only found out a week later, when I asked them if they found anything they gave me a bit of a snappy answer. But I guess that is part of the Berlin experience lol.

  Great location, but very old with lots of stairs

  Liked: The location is perfectly situated near a big train station, several metro lines, and a big shopping street, the staff are helpful and nice and support is there when needed at any time.

  Disliked: The hotel is in a heritage building which is good. Still, it's generally old including furniture, flooring, etc.. It's not advised for the elderly or families with little kids with strollers, as there are many stairs to go up and down, and the elevator starts from the 1st floor (not the ground) and It stops between floors, so you either go up or down.

This hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

The reception is located on the 4th floor. The guests rooms are located on all floors.

To reach the elevator, guests need to walk up some stairs. Guests on the 5th floor must take the elevator to the 4th floor and then use a spiral staircase.
