  Dissapointed

Liked: I reserved a room at this hotel for the period of September 20 - 24, 2026. The reservation was made in March, 2026. Today I was told my reservation was canceled due to a program reservation error. I am wondering why did it take over three months to find out that error, while my payment was already provided to them?

Liked: Very friendly, kind and helpful staff. Location View of the room Voice isolation (when the windows are closed) A/C works well Comfy bed (maybe putting more pillows could be better)

Disliked: a small fridge could be really useful as due to my health conditions I carry my injections with me and there was literally no space to keep my injections in this hot summer of Berlin... selection within breakfast area was super limited. cafe at the entrance has limited offerings.

Will not probably stay here again

Liked: The place was near the train station.

Disliked: The lobby had an odd bathroom smell. We asked for an extra key card, but they said they did not have any available ones. The keycard holder also looks like it has been used for a while already. The hallways also had a weird smell. The bathroom could be cleaner, the drains also had an unpleasant smell. The beds were okay.
