Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Esp Niamh (an Irish lady) who was so lovely with my seven year old daughter.

Disliked: Not a daily clean but we could get fresh towels and more tea/coffee. Although better instructions about what we could ask for more of would have been good - and what we do with rubbish.
