Denied entry on arrival and left without accommodation

Disliked: I was denied entry upon arrival because the owner claimed there was no space available, despite having a confirmed booking. As a result, I did not stay at the property. Additionally, the host asked me to share my bank details outside the platform to process a refund, which felt unsafe and inappropriate. I had to contact customer support to resolve the issue. This was a very stressful experience and I would not recommend staying here.

Liked: check in was without issue fast wifi

Disliked: the room was very small, in the basement, bathroom extremely small, to the point that it was almost unusable cleanliness was questionable as i noticed spider webs on the ceiling, the whole room was very damp and smelly. in the bathroom there was nowhere to hang the towels i understand that this is a budget accomodation option, however the product doesnt match even this low price

Liked: Overall good value. Rang bell because I needed help. Person answered telephonically and was helpful. One thing I noticed was, the actual entrance door differs from what appears to be main door. When you reach actual entrance door (downstairs), there is a sudden step down. I think warning signage is required for vulnerable people?

Disliked: The unexpected step, without warning.
