  Cozy, cute apartment with everything you need

  Liked: We had a really lovely stay at the apartment. It was cozy, cute and perfect for two people. The space was used very efficiently, and the interior was really pretty and thoughtfully arranged. We genuinely enjoyed staying here. The kitchen had all the necessary utilities, and they even provided some tea, which was a nice touch. We were also given two towels per person, along with small travel-sized shower gels for each of us. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. One thing to note is that payment was requested in cash, but the host informed us about this in advance through Booking.com, so there were no surprises. The check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward, and there was also a lovely little sitting area where we could relax. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. We were there for only one day, but honestly, we wished we could have stayed longer. I would happily stay here again!

  Cheap and comfy

  Liked: The room was clean and bed comfy, looks very presentable inside

  Disliked: A few things broken or don’t work that I made the stay abit more hassle, such as window having no latch to keep it open, or cooking factualities not working, and. No plug socket by bed

  Could be great if they accepted card payments not only cash

  Liked: Modern, comfortable, well designed, clean.

  Disliked: They accept cash payments only. The property sent me an email containing this information, but I did not read it before arriving. As oI had booked only the previous day, the timing was reasonable. However, such important information should have been clearly highlighted, ideally with a subject line such as “Important: Cash payments only,” rather than hidden among other details. I had also asked whether I could check in earlier but received no reply. When I arrived, I needed to start work, so I asked if I could withdraw the cash a little later. The owner refused, explaining that previous guests had promised to pay and then had to be chased. This made me feel as though I could not be trusted because of other guests’ behaviour. When I said I would describe this experience in a negative review, he replied: “You want to leave us a bad review because you didn’t read the email.” I accept that I missed the email, but that was not the whole issue. The problem was the cash-only policy, the lack of clear notice, the unanswered message, the complete lack of flexibility, and the owner’s accusatory attitude.
