Liked: Friendly staff. Room had all we need. Near tram stop

Disliked: We wanted juice at breakfast (breakfast finished about 50mins later). Waitress did not re plenish when we asked. We are paying the same as everyone else so should have had the same experience. Bed was quite soft. Needs mirror near plug point (in bedroom).

Liked: Big room, good location, good parking at a fair price, nice staff, big room with a desk and comfortable beds. In general a really nice hotel at a good price.

Disliked: The protection bars outside the window were tiny and were bending. You obviously have to be careful when you’re high up but they seemed pointless and were about to snap. The shower was weak and didn’t give out much water.
