  Excellent honey moon stay

  Liked: Excellent location, within walking distance of Bremen City Centre. Very clean, bathroom excellent size, did exactly what it needed for us.

  Booking.com misrepresents parking facility at hotel. Staff unhelpful and unfriendly. Unsafe area!

  Liked: Nothing.

  Disliked: Booking.com shows a hotel that has parking facilities. It turned out that the car park is very limited in available places and despite arriving one hour before check in time of 3pm we could not park at the hotel anymore. We were referred to public parking and our car was ransacked during the night. Passersby and police confirmed that this area is dodgy. When we returned to the hotel to call the police the receptionist asked if the police had given an estimated arrival time. Upon answering the police had not we were informed that it often takes 30-60min for the police to arrive. It must happen more often and the police was there soon after our call. Another receptionist admitted that their carpark is very small. The hotel should not be advertised to have a car park.

  It’s a good hotel, but I’m not sure I would stay there again

  Liked: The hotel has a good location, and the room was very nice, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also good.

  Disliked: I stayed at the hotel for five days, and my room, including the bathroom, was not cleaned at any point during my stay. The air conditioning was also not working properly, and on my last day, I had a particularly unpleasant experience. As mentioned, I stayed for five days, and on the last day I went down to have breakfast later than usual and take my time, wearing the clothes I had slept in. For the first time, a young woman who works at the reception approached me and asked which room I was staying in, while informing me that the breakfast area would be closing in a few minutes. However, after me, other guests arrived, and she did not ask them which room they were staying in or inform them that the breakfast area would be closing in a few minutes. This made me feel that I was being treated differently and left me with the impression that I may have been discriminated against by her.

  Liked: Location was good, we had a pit stop for a night.

  Disliked: The hotel has seen better days - it was rather dated. The bathrooms were very tiny as well.
