Liked: modern, nice hotel, good size room but quite basic

Disliked: durty towels on bathroom floor upon arrival, carpet durty, stuff not very polite when informed (they feel understaffed and frustrated), they reply to emails in German, lots of doggy people on the way to the center, breakfast limited and once an item is over it's over

  Great place to stay

Liked: The staff go above and beyond. staff were better than some 4/5 star hotels! The room was clean and had everything myself and my daughter needed. I would say it’s very similar to a premier inn. The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes to the train station, 10/15 minutes from the city centre and 10 minute uber ride to the botanika gardens. Overall wonderful staff, great location and clean.
