Spacious apartment, equiped, dodgy area difficult to park but public transport nearby

Liked: Tram bus at proximity, supermarket nearby, rooms Spacious enough, nice equipped kitchen except microwave, one bedroom, WiFi and TV connected on line, shower/WC working well, washing machine. Doorbell with Videocamera

Disliked: Very Difficult to park your car. Bed mattress quiet hard! 2nd floor with no elevator, automatic light in the apartment hall can bevery annoying, no microwave in kitchen. (The owner was nice, but he tried to claim 20€/day more because my gf visited me, I did not accept such an outrageous claim because I rented one bedroom apartment not an hotel room).

Overall, we are grateful for the opportunity to stay in this lovely apartment. Thank you

Liked: The apartment is nice and has a great location — very convenient for getting around.

Disliked: However, there were a few unpleasant surprises: the rooms were quite dusty, and there was no basic shower gel in the bathroom, which is especially noticeable after a long journey. We hope the host will take this as helpful feedback for future guests.

  Great location and apartment

Liked: The location is extremely convenient, the shops and facilities of Neustadt on the doorstep, yet exceedingly quiet. Easy access from the airport and into town. Well equipped and extremely clean, washing machine was useful. A lovely balcony overlooking a quiet and green courtyard.

  Exceptional

Liked: Perfect stay, even for longer time period, like a week or two. I don't think I encounter any problems, everything was clean and working as expected. I really enjoyed!

  Superb

Liked: Good location and price, easy check-in/out, comfort in general, good contact with the host, clean and spacious.

Disliked: Shower curtain. TV stick like e.g. Amazon fire TV or Xiaomi TV would be nice with this older TV to allow watching YouTube or Netflix. It's not easy to find a parking space nearby.
