Nice stay on our way south

Liked: Kind staff. Easy to access from highway. Nice restaurant and it was nice for a family that you could get the food in your room

Clean but their room service policy needs a serious revision

Liked: The room was clean. The breakfast was reasonable, even if repetitive (we stayed for more than 7 days).

Disliked: It is unacceptable that room service knocks on our door at 8:00 AM sharp every single morning. The main purpose of our stay is to relax and rest, not to be woken up at 8:00 AM—especially while traveling with a small child. Moreover, it seemed that breakfast was balanced wrt the presence of guests. Some mornings, at the beginning of the week, several thing were not available!

Liked: I have got room on the floor which is under renovation, there is no floor in carpet area, I felt like I am in underconstruction area. I went with my relative, I felt very bad by getting this treatment.

Disliked: Got room on floor which is under renovation, price is too high for that. I need reimbursement for this. I was on other vacation untill now, didnt get chance to write this to you

We were able to continue our trip feeling refreshed

Liked: We arrived very late at the hotel. Our reservation was for a family room, but something went wrong in the booking. A very nice alternative was given. The staff was very friendly. For our late meal we asked for 4 glasses of ice for our Coca Cola, this was presented very nicely, they even thought about a slice of lemon. We had a lovely shower and a great night sleep. Thank you so much!

Disliked: Housekeeping banging at the door early in the morning.
