Automated check-in in a complicated neighborhood

Liked: It’s close to the Hauptbahnhof.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that exclusively an automated screen check-in was offered. Especially in a very bad neighbourhood such as Hauptbahnhof, human element on check-in is essential. Otherwise people don’t feel safe.

  Would come again

  Liked: Location

Disliked: In room Small table —— chair for one person only——one towel per person-have to ask front desk for additional towels——no ceiling fan in the washroom. No coffee available after the breakfast hours.

  good location

Liked: The location was excellent, close to both the train station and the city centre. Everything was within walking distance, which made getting around so much easier and more comfortable. It was very convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable!

Disliked: Although the location was convenient, as it was close to the train station and city centre, the surrounding area made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe due to the presence of many homeless people and individuals who appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Unfortunately, we also had an unsettling experience on our way to our room when we encountered a halfnaked woman who appeared to be intoxicated and under the influence of drugs, running in and out of the room. On top of that, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, waking everyone up and forcing us to leave our rooms until everything was resolved. This was a very unpleasant experience and made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.
