  I was very pleased and happy l had to stay there great experience

  Liked: Very clean and good for couples and family 🥰.

  Disliked: Suited at a very quiet and easy to navigate to the shops. Especially for people who loves eating outside.

  Completely ruined by the lack of communication from immostay. Im sure the owner of the appartment. Was less than impres

  Liked: This was not the appartments we booked we were told with just one days notice of this and were offered an alternative which at such short notice we had to accept. because the lock was broken we could not get in and had to 3.5 hours till the owner arrived and moved us to an other appartment (with no outside facilities)then when the lock was mended on the next day we moved back to the replacement appartment. Which did have an outside area,

  Disliked: Nespresso machine didn’t work (cheap non compatable coffee pods~) no toiletries, hairdryer, we had to come back from town to let the cleaner in(another 3 hours of our break wasted) I have just recieved a bill for Euro 80 for final cleaning which i thought was excessive and not mentioned in any paperwork from immostay

  Liked: Free parking nearby.

  Disliked: I selected this apartment because it promised a workplace (desk) in the description and showed an image of a computer workplace in the image gallery. Unfortunately, there was neither a chair nor a desk in the apartment. When requesting a resolution of this issue, no solution was provided within one week. The communication is channeled through an AI chatbot which invents not credible excuses (AI hallucinations) to silencer guests. The lack of air conditioning makes this place in summer unbearable hot.

  Liked: The house is in a very nice and calm location.. Everything was really fine and we had no issues with the access. Recommended place!

  Excellent stay

  Liked: Really beautiful place, I recommend it! Very clean, and I liked the welcome videos explaining the check in.

  Disliked: One small suggestion for improvement could be to provide a shower holder. Also, for families with small kids /older family members, there is no lift, so be ready for stairs.
