Liked: The hotel has an excellent location right in the city centre, which is definitely its biggest advantage.

Disliked: Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. We booked a king-size bed, but were given a smaller bed. We had also booked an extra bed for our 11-year-old child, but it was not provided. Because of this, we had to sleep together the first night and share one duvet. We only received a second duvet after asking for one the following night. The room is very small, basic and compact, more so than we expected. Breakfast is decent, but quite limited, with some basic options such as eggs missing. On the positive side, coffee, juice and water are available throughout the day, and the location is genuinely convenient. Still, considering what we booked and what we actually received, we expected much more.
