  Very good and very good eye for detail

  Liked: The staff, super clean, very good breakfast, super comfortable. The restaurant was good. The little surprise with the champagne with the birthday card in our room for my boyfriend was super cute and it showed a good consideration for us and our stay. The lady in the reception was amazing, very polite and she wished happy birthday as well to my boyfriend, which is always a good start 🙌🏻

  Disliked: The spa should be a little better, for a 4 star hotel. The pool is cold, the jacts were not turn on in the pool. Most of the area was full of nudity, outside the sauna area which is very weird for children and for people that are not used to that, since it’s a hotel… it shouldn’t be allowed in all spaces, specially in the hallways or swimming pool. (Or at least if it’s normal in Germany, advise prior the guests that the people can be naked there). However a lot of saunas, the steaming was good, solar, salt rooms… super good. Relaxation area super good.

  Very good, we keep going back

  Liked: Room well kept and clean. Breakfast was extra but fantastic spread and good food. Included access to Spa (with swimming pool and sauna) very good value.

  Disliked: Prices steadily increasing each year (as with most things).

  everything quite lovely

  Disliked: I filtered and selected room with breakfast on my booking. The total charged by the hotel was higher than my confirmation showed. I would not have chosen this hotel at the actual price. Not sure whether booking.com or the venue are responsible for this.
