  Good Location, bad cleaning service

  Liked: Good Location, the room was nice and cosy and the girl at the reception was extremely nice and helpful and did everything to try and make my stay as comfortable as possible!

  Disliked: The room was unfortunately not clean, there were huge spider webs on the walls and the bathroom was very poorly cleaned. The ventilation in the bathroom (which you cannot turn off unless all the lights are off) was extremely loud and unpleasant. Also the phone in the room didn’t work and there was a handle missing for a drawer under the tv… Not the best hotel experience unfortunately.

  Good night of sleep close to old town Bremen

  Liked: We got upgraded to their executive suite at no extra charge because some rooms got shuffled to meet guest demands. Nice for us. The bed was so big it could fit 4 adults easily. Never slept so good. Lot's of room in a really good bed. We walked to the Italian pizza restaurant next door and that was really good. I also appreciated that the hotel location made the walk into old town very easy and enjoyable.

  Disliked: Breakfast was just okay. Looks like restaurant part of the hotel is struggling. Nothing special offered. Time for the restaurant to undergo cosmetic renovation. Carpets and upholstery in restaurant has terrible stains. A little gross.
