Liked: Everything was good, clean, the kitchen was also there so we could prepare our breakfasts. the bed was comfy, I would say, all was pretty well.

Disliked: It's not like I didn't like it, but it would be nice to have slippers in the room. also the kitchenette should be already changed, especially the pan.

Liked: Very nice apartment in a new building. Pleasant concept of check-in and check-out in the accommodation. The size of the apartment corresponded to the description on booking. The bed had comfortable mattresses and the bathroom was clean. The towels were of appropriate quality. Clean, modern design. Very good location within walking distance to the center.

Disliked: The bed was smaller than booking states. It was placed close to the wall in the corner of the room. This placement is very uncomfortable

Comfortable location for couple of nights

Liked: The location and price were good. Apartment was comfortable too.

Disliked: Check-in experience. A lot of information was needed to be filled directly at the location on not comfortable tablet interface. This could have been done via website before check-in (like many other services provide the option). Also, invoicing system is not enough - during check-in only limited information was possible to put, which was not sufficient for the company. Clarifications with the staff were needed (even though before arrival I asked several times if all information can be added during check-in without issues, it was confirmed, but reality was different).

  Great experience

Liked: Check-in details are received the day before arrival. Self check-in at the screens in the lobby. Easy. No staff in sight, but they’re reachable by WhatsApp, email, Chat or phone, and information is available with a QR code. Checkout is simply by dropping your key card into the lobby mailbox; your invoice is emailed to you. A cute Smeg fridge was in my ‘Double Room With Fridge,’ containing two cartons (not plastic bottles) of water. Two brew-in-cup coffee portions, two good-quality teas. Clean room. Lighting appreciated over the table, the reading chair and the bed. Air-conditioning appreciated on a 28-degree day. Comfortable bed. Quiet nights. Be careful if you’ve got a room with a microwave oven: there was a fire alarm at 7:15 a.m. on my first morning, due to someone doing something unwise. The loft area, up a few steps from the lobby, holds snacks and chilled beverages, which you self-serve and pay for at the screen. I enjoyed this hotel experience and would happily stay at Stayery hotels again.

  Disliked: No English-language TV channels?
