Spacious rooms in a great location and good value for money

Liked: I really like the room size and the kitchenette; bathroom is specious and the shower pressure is very forceful; cozy beds.

Disliked: While I was there, the TV didn't work - not a big issue for me but some guests might not appreciate this...

Liked: Good location near station and bus terminal.

Disliked: Air conditioning didn't work in three rooms we tried and then we just gave up. On the hottest weekend of the year... Water from the tap was discoloured. Skip of broken mini refrigerators right outside the entrance was a real eyesore.

Great staff - welcoming & hard working, let down by location

Liked: Super helpful lady on reception advising us to move car from where we had parked (car park known for break in’s and worst in the area). Parking info recommended included as a photo. Checked in early due to our travel time we arrived early. Spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast - nicely presented (yogurts, fruit were lovely)

Disliked: Location - located on a very busy road/tram junction - made it very noise and disturbing whilst trying to sleep Location - area directly by the hotel wasn’t the nicest nor felt safe walking around
