  First time in a hostel- The experince was ok

  Liked: Good position of accommodation.

  Disliked: Loud on the lobby, kids are running at night and wasn’t best feeling when some clients checked in after midnight. (Would improve that)

  Liked: The staff were friendly, the lobby was nice, and the rooms were warm.

  Disliked: I had booked a triple room through Booking.com with three separate single beds because it was important to us not to have bunk beds. However, we were given a room with two single beds and one bunk bed. When I explained that this was not the room I had booked, the receptionist apologised but told me that the hotel did not have any rooms with three separate single beds. I asked again whether they simply had no availability at the moment or whether such rooms did not exist at all. The answer was that they did not have any such rooms. Instead, the receptionist made it sound as if we should be grateful that they had provided us with an extra bed, even though this was not what we had requested. What made this even more disappointing was that I had stayed at the same hotel last year and we had been given exactly the type of room with three separate single beds that we had booked this time. To make matters worse, we later found a large bedbug on one of the pillows. We removed it ourselves, but I have photos and videos of it. Since returning from our trip, we have kept all our belongings isolated to make sure we did not bring any bedbugs home, as this could cause a very serious problem. Additionally, the mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. I am sorry, but I do not want to complain unnecessarily. However, our experience this time was very different from our previous stay, and unfortunately, we will probably not stay here again.

Good to know

Kids under the age of 18 enjoy our breakfast at a 50% discounted rate.

Children under 18 should have parental permission if not accompanied by parents, and are not allowed in shared dormitories and must book a private room.

Please note that pets are only allowed in private rooms like single and twin room and for an additional charge. Pets are not allowed in shared dorms.

Towels are not included in the room rate of dorm rooms. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge or bring their own.
