  Liked: Very friendly staff. There was a small issue with the coffee machine and it was handled very well by the staff and a solution was found quickly and to our satisfaction. Very happy with my stay.

  Excellent hotel in Hamburg

  Liked: The beds were very comfortable The rooms included amenities were good There is a bus stop nearby (Bornkampsweg) and some shops

  Disliked: It's a bit out of the way, but not a massive issue Also there was no electric kettle in the room

  Charge for parking should be offered free of charge

  Disliked: Breakfast was as for average as worldwide in the price range. But completely missing of any sweets, that is to say no Kuchen, nor sweets, no Croissant or Biscuits. All in all would have expected more local, genuine food rather than a pseudo international offer.That is to say: instead of an not identifiable spicy something tomatoe meat stuff every day same same why not offer something local and seasonal like Rabarberstreusel, Pflaumenkuchen, Zimtschnecken just to make some examples?

  Disliked: I found the duvets quite small (albeit being typical in Germany) and thin for a comfortable sleep.
