  Liked: The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept really well during my stay. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. There was no noticeable noise from the surroundings, making it easy to get a good night's rest.

  Liked: I had a very pleasant stay! The hotel offered great value for money, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get around. One thing I particularly appreciated was the complimentary water and hot drinks available 24 hours a day. It was such a nice bonus! Breakfast was also quite good for the price. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Great value for money, comfortable beds, convenient transport links, and thoughtful extras. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

  Disliked: There were a couple of things that I found disappointing during my stay. First, I had read in previous reviews that Hamburg Central Station was within easy walking distance. However, it actually took around 17–20 minutes to walk there, and it was more than 1 km away, so it wasn't quite as close as I had expected. The main disappointment, however, was related to my room reservation. I had originally booked a larger room of 26 square metres, but unfortunately, when I arrived, the hotel informed me that the room was no longer available due to what seemed to be a booking mix-up. Instead, I was given a much smaller room of 16 square metres. The hotel kindly offered me complimentary breakfast as compensation, which I appreciated. However, since there were no larger or upgraded rooms available, I had to accept the smaller room. It also only had a shower instead of a bathtub, which was quite disappointing, as I had specifically expected the larger room I had booked. Although I appreciated the hotel's gesture of offering free breakfast, it was still disappointing not to receive the room I had originally reserved.
