  Good for the price

Liked: I didn't pay much for it, and it's a solid place. Internet worked well. Breakfast is fine for the price even though no scrambled eggs are available. Window has good noise isolation (which is needed, see below). After having found out how to get to the place once (which currently isn't so easy because of street renewal work), it's 7 minutes to the useful public transport hub Berliner Tor, quite close to the center. All issues below are minor.

Disliked: Unpleasant neighbourhood with big streets and lots of traffic; the street renewal work (?) around turns the area into a labyrinth and doesn't exactly help matters. This may end or improve soon. A chair with back for working would be welcome.
